Beginner / Intermediate Flying Pole

Ready to float, spin, and fly? Join Winnipeg’s first-ever Beginner/ Intermediate Flying Pole class and lift your skills off the ground in a fun, intimate, and supportive setting. Jess will guide you through spins, smooth transitions, and playful airtime, all while helping you build strength, control, and confidence alongside a welcoming community that cheers for every lift and celebrates every new skill. This class is for students with prior experience in pole or another aerial apparatus taught by a certified instructor. Aerial choppers/straddle inverts are not required for this class. (we'll start working on them together). Please note: there are no absolute beginner classes at this time, but private lessons are available.
