To ensure safety and success in Level 3, the following are required: Mandatory: Completion of Flying Pole Level 2 (or equivalent flying pole experience) at least once. You must already understand and control the unique spin, orbit, and swings of a flying pole. Prerequisites: Strong aerial choppers (straddle inverts in the air), ground shoulder mounts, and secure leg hangs.
